Field Service Technician

At 7 Brew, we’re all about great drinks, great energy, and great people and that includes behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our stands running smoothly. We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to support our stands across the region and help ensure everything operates at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take the lead on HVAC and refrigeration repairs and maintenance, Equipment maintenance and repairs, and keeping our stands operational throughout our Illinois/Michigan region.
• Complete work orders across multiple trades and multiple locations per day: espresso machines, some electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R and general repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, espresso equipment, HVAC/R systems, and more
• Help triage issues over the phone with Stand Managers, District Managers, and vendors
• Track and document work orders to ensure quality and consistency
• Coordinate with stand operations to schedule repairs with minimal disruption
• Conduct site inspections and assist outside your assigned area when needed
• Travel as required, including occasional overnight trips
• Always work safely and professionally
• Overnight travel and potentially long days, as business needs arise

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
• 5+ years of field service work experience preferred, with HVAC/R knowledge
• Experience in multi-site environments preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
• Dependale, flexible with hours needed to work
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred, required to obtain within 1st year of working

The Details

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise from tools and equipment
• Extended or irregular hours may be required, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended overnight travel
