Job Title: Part-Time Barista, Concierge & Marketing Assistant

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Reports To: Club Management

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 10–15 hours per week, weekends as needed

Position Overview

WOVEN Performance and Longevity, LLC is a boutique fitness and wellness club in Brooklyn seeking a dynamic, personable, and creative individual to fill a hybrid role as Barista, Concierge, and Marketing Assistant. This is a part-time position designed for someone who is equally comfortable making smoothies, welcoming members, and creating engaging social content.

This role is a great fit for students, creatives, or anyone with a flexible schedule who is looking to contribute to a vibrant wellness community while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesBarista Duties

  • Prepare smoothies and espresso drinks to order
  • Operate café POS system and manage customer transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of café space and equipment
  • Monitor and report inventory needs to management
  • Provide a friendly and efficient café experience to members and guests

Concierge Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests
  • Greet and assist members, answer phone calls, book appointments, and provide club information
  • Conduct outreach calls, including welcome and intro calls to prospective members
  • Assist with administrative tasks and club events
  • Help maintain the overall cleanliness and order of the club

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create and schedule social media posts aligned with the WOVEN brand
  • Assist in capturing and editing photos and videos for marketing purposes
  • Use Canva to design promotional materials, graphics, and content for social platforms and in-club displays
  • Support club marketing campaigns with original content and execution ideas

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic photo/video editing (e.g., for Instagram or TikTok)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
  • Professional, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Ideal for students, creatives, or those with open availability and flexible hours

Additional Information

  • Part-time role: 10–15 hours per week
  • Compensation: $17.50/hour
  • Not eligible for health benefits, PTO, or 401(k)
