Baristas prepare consistent and delicious made-to-order coffees, smoothies, and juices. Baristasparticipate in activities such as prep work, processing payments, and maintaining a fully stocked and clean department.Baristas follow all established procedures, working both independently and as a team to achieve department goals.ALL CO-OP STAFF WILL:Use all available tools and resources in order to provide excellent and knowledgeable customer service to all customers,coworkers, and vendorsCommunicate professionally and respectfully with everyone you encounter while at workAdhere to all store and department policies and proceduresDemonstrate regular, predictable good attendanceAttend huddles and meetings as scheduledCommit to contributing to a positive, team-building work environmentBARISTAS STAFF WILL:Accurately execute all co-op beverage recipes as ordered by shoppers or assigned by a supervisor, including but notlimited to coffee beverages, smoothies, and fresh juicesAssist in maintaining a clean and stocked dining areaRing purchases efficiently and accurately. Use the correct prices and codes, and ring items under the correct departmentand owner number.
