The Bistro is a fast casual restaurant in our hotel that requires an outgoing, positive individual that has a strong knowledge in customer service, cash handling, food handling & beverage skills. Candidates must be fast learners, can work on their own & have a passion for delivering excellent service. The ideal Bistro Servers can work morning shifts (6am-11am) (occasional weekend shifts are necessary).
Key Responsibilities include
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Stand, walk and move around during entire shift.
- Communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice.
- Take orders and deliver food & beverage to guests.
- Collect payment and make change.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized work area.
- Restocking perishable and non-perishable items.
- Filling out necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
- Fulfill all tasks and duties assigned by management.
Who You Are
You are an outgoing, positive individual that has a strong knowledge in customer service, and the ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
What You Do
Being active and busy your entire shift, cash handling, communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice. Take orders and deliver food & beverage to guests while maintaining a clean and well organized work area and various other responsibilities assigned by management. Doing it all with a smile and a positive attitude.
