Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Lake Oswego, OR. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items according to Starbucks’ standards. Daily tasks involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, engaging with customers to ensure an exceptional experience, and operating various coffee-making equipment. Additionally, the Barista will adhere to health and safety guidelines, manage cash transactions, and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Experience as a Barista and proficiency in Food Preparation
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
