• Craft consistently excellent espresso-based drinks, teas, and matcha beverages.

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and efficient throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills in both coffee and hospitality.

• You care about details: dialing in espresso, steaming milk perfectly, timing shots, and serving quality.
• You’re teachable, dependable, and want to grow within a team that values culture and excellence.
• Previous coffee experience is a plus, but not required — heart and hustle matter most.
