Overview
The Blind Miner Café is located on the main floor of the Brighton Center and serves a wide variety of coffee drinks, snacks and refreshments in a snowy setting. With a small team of coworkers, you will be serving guests and checking them out at the cash register. Come join the Blind Miner crew for a fun winter at Brighton Resort!
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare menu items in accordance with food handling guidelines
- Maintain a clean work area and restock supplies as needed throughout shift
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Working with and assisting your teammates to provide exceptional guest service
Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Current food handlers permit
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
- Previous barista experience is great, but not required
- Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
- Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends and holidays)
