The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Barista who embodies both precision and presence — someone who sees coffee as an art form and service as storytelling. As part of the Café Monte team, you’ll bring warmth and refinement to a space that’s as much about style as it is about substance. You’ll serve exceptional coffee to a clientele that appreciates quality, design, and authenticity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso, matcha, and signature beverages with meticulous attention to detail
- Create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere that reflects the aesthetic of both Café Monte and The M Jewelers
- Maintain a pristine and visually harmonious café environment
- Engage thoughtfully with guests, cultivating genuine connections and repeat visits
- Collaborate with retail and creative teams to ensure a seamless in-store experience
- Support daily operations including inventory, restocking, and workflow refinement
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of barista experience in specialty coffee or hospitality environments
- A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and presentation
- Strong communication skills and an instinct for hospitality
- Professional, polished demeanor that complements a high-end retail setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
