Thesis Coffee Co – Collective is not your average coffee shop. We’re a multi-roaster tasting lounge and slow bar built for community, creativity, and serious coffee. From smooth vinyl sounds to dialed-in espresso, everything we do is intentional—and we’re looking for people who feel the same.

You’re more than just a barista—you’re someone who brings good energy, takes pride in service, and knows how to flow with a team. You can hold your own behind the bar and hold a convo with anyone who walks through the door.
✅ Requirements:
– Experience working in specialty coffee
– Solid knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and basic drink prep
– Confidence with dial-ins, latte art, and customer interaction
– A genuine love for hospitality and community building
– Open to feedback, detail-oriented, and reliable
– Bonus if you love music, slow bar culture, or nerding out on coffee origins
