Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brevard, NC for a Lead Barista. The Lead Barista will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality coffee preparation, manage the barista team, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, handling customer inquiries, training new baristas, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

- Strong Communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
