Our barista’s primary responsibilities are sharing product knowledge and promoting the department’s items while providing world-class service to our guests. This includes creating fresh-squeezed juices, whole-fruit smoothies, acai bowls and gourmet coffee beverages to order while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. In addition, the baristas will operate a cash register and occasionally ring up grocery items.
You should meet the following requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to memorize drink recipes
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Must have sufficient mathematical skills to operate a cash register, provide proper change and correct errors
- A positive attitude is essential!
