Pay Range: $16.66 + tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Utilize the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu offerings.
Requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or coffee stand.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and work well with others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
