Barista Profile – Cafetales Specialty Coffee

Job Description:

We are looking for a Barista passionate about specialty coffee, experienced in preparing classic espresso-based beverages, and skilled in milk texturing and latte art.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working behind a coffee bar (minimum 1 year).

• Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and great customer service skills.

• Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of roast profiles and grind adjustments.

• Experience in espresso calibration and basic equipment maintenance.

• Certification or training in specialty coffee (not required but valued).
