First Texas Honda is looking for an outgoing, multi-tasking, coffee-making, people-person to assist our Sales and Service customers as a Barista, with a flexible schedule, in our complimentary Continental Cafe! Continental Automotive Group prides a very welcoming environment with a lot of opportunity for growth. Our team is excellent, and we hold ourselves to high standards. We are glad to be here every work day. Must enjoy drinking specialty coffee. Must be willing to cross-train as a Receptionist.

No experience is needed, there is a lot of training involved and a passion for coffee will serve you well.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet customers with a smile as they enter

Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menu items

Take orders while paying close attention to all details

Prepare beverages following recipes

Serve beverages and prepare food (cookies, pastries, muffins)

Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and stocked at all times

Manage inventory of the coffee bar supplies and placing orders as needed

Utilizing google chat ordering systems for employees

Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

Comply with health and safety regulations

Provide excellent customer service

Team player

Have fun practicing latte art

Coffee enthusiast preferred

Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year

Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

Flexible schedule – hours ranging from Monday-Friday from 6:30am – 8:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday 8:00am – 3:00pm.

Compensation:

$20 an hour plus tips
