Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Richmond heights, MO. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include operating espresso machines, recommending menu items, and assisting with other café operations as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and operation of espresso machines
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming environment for guests
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to continuously learn about the craft
