Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Barista located in New York, NY. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee and tea, as well as various baked goods. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, interacting with customers to provide excellent service, and managing inventory. The Barista will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Barista and in Food Preparation
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Food Handler Certification
