Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at Healthy Fusion, located in Willmar, MN. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of healthy beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will also include ensuring the preparation and presentation of products meet quality standards, handling payments, and replenishing supplies. The Barista will play a key role in creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere for customers.

- Proven Barista and Food Preparation skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor to foster a welcoming environment.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
