Pilar Coffee Bar is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team!

We’re seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years barista experience, who takes pride in their craft, has a sharp attention to detail, and thrives on providing excellent customer engagement. If you love coffee and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years barista experience in a high-volume setting
Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, manual brew methods, and POS systems preferred
