Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Hoboken, NJ. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks. Additional responsibilities include interacting with customers to provide exceptional service, managing food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. The Barista will also play an integral role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with patrons effectively.
Proficiency in barista techniques, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
