Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Barista located in Indianapolis, IN. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of coffee drinks and teas, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee area, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, taking customer orders, ensuring high-quality drink preparation, and engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean working environment
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
