Key Responsibilities

Welcome each customer with a warm smile and positive energy — you’re the first face they’ll see at La La Land!
Educate customers about our delicious drink menu, answer questions, and help them find their perfect cup of coffee.
Make personalized recommendations based on their preferences, upsell our special items, and make every drink feel like an experience.
Prepare beverages with care, following recipes to perfection (we’re all about that beautiful latte art!).
Serve delicious treats — from pastries and muffins to our famous avocado toast — to complement every sip.
Process payments smoothly and accurately, ensuring every customer leaves happy.
Keep the bar area sparkling clean and organized, so the cafe feels welcoming and fresh.
Maintain brewing equipment and ensure everything is in top working order so we can serve the best drinks in Southlake.
Follow health and safety regulations to keep our space safe, clean, and fully compliant.
Collect customer feedback, share it with the team, and help us keep improving!

What We’re Looking For

Customer service skills that shine — you’re not just serving coffee, you’re making connections and creating moments of joy.
2 years of Barista Experience!
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and the ability to work your magic on the espresso machine!
Excellent communication skills — you’re a natural at engaging with people, listening to their needs, and making them feel at home.
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays (we know our customers need their coffee fix even on Sundays!).
A love for being part of a team and building something special as we open this amazing new location!
