JOB TITLE: Barista II

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal/ Full-Time/ Part-time/ Hourly
Position
We are looking for a customer-focused Barista with strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Basic coffee knowledge is required, and attention to detail is essential in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A positive attitude and commitment to great service are key.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving coffee beverages to company standards
- Managing customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following opening, closing, and shift-change procedures
Specific Job Requirements
- Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
- Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages (advanced knowledge is a plus)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
- Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
- Attention to Detail to manage specific customer requests and minimize errors
- Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace
