Role Description
Maman is seeking a full-time Barista for our on-site location in Dallas, TX. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role includes managing daily operations such as maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to food safety standards, handling transactions, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. A dedication to teamwork and engaging with customers is at the heart of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills, including crafting coffee beverages and understanding espresso techniques
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and address their needs
- Interpersonal Skills that foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues
- Experience in Food Preparation, including attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality or café industry is a plus
