To achieve and maintain consistent high quality service and beverages, we recommend that within the coffee bar you have dedicated positions.

Please understand, you won’t need all four at all times of course, but this is how you want to think of positions, In service.

Job Requirements

Minimum lifting of 30lbs.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
Making espresso beverages, latte art, speed and efficiency.
Articulating drinks, guiding guests through menu, up sells, builds rapport with guests.
Serving beverages, building rapport, restocking milk.
