Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Barista to join our team for the early morning shift. The ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and passionate about coffee and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing efficient and friendly service
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system
- Restock pastries, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and dependable — must be comfortable with early shifts
- Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one)
