Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Lake Zurich, IL. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include taking orders, handling payments, and following health and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.

- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
