Connex Cafe while also making a sustained impact on the Camp Williams Base serving our troops and their families. This is your opportunity to not only earn great tips but to also support the soldiers who serve our country.
The position will start at 1-2 days per week, with additional earnings from tips, and has the potential to grow to up to 29 hours per week.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have a few years of experience in the food service industry and/or Barista with a demonstrated career growth history. We are looking for someone who will be a positive addition to the team, willing and capable of the work required to prepare and serve the meals.
At a Minimum, The Food Service Worker Will
- have a food handler permit or ServSafe certificate (if you don’t have a food handlers permit, we will pay for you to obtain the permit)
- have experience cooking in fast food, restaurants or barista
- have experience preparing and setting up for catered events
- be able to routinely lift 50 pounds
- be able to cheerfully adapt to unforeseen changes, such as staffing needs and menu adaptations
