Title: Barista, Union Patisserie
Compensation: $16-20/hr; Benefits available for full-time employees

This an exciting opportunity for a growing restaurant group, who has partnered with Reef, led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Together, Reef and Galen Hospitality Group have developed two new concepts in Old Town Park City – a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).
Position Overview
The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as breads, pastries, salads and sandwiches.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional espresso & coffee preparation knowledge & skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Work Experience: 1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Required Skills
- Must speak and read english at a good level; and have the ability to legally work in the United States
- Utah Food Handlers certification
Physical Requirements
- Perform various physical movements throughout the work area
- Stand and walk for extended periods both at the host stand and throughout the restaurant
- Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
