Key Responsibilities

Craft consistently high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages
Deliver outstanding customer service with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic presence
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
Uphold all food safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with inventory, restocking, and café upkeep
Communicate openly and directly with your team to improve performance and experience
Support and train new hires as needed
Take ownership of your role and constantly look for ways to improve service, speed, and satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and think on your feet
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
