Position Overview

As a Barista at our Starbucks outlet located within The Westin Fort Lauderdale, you will be a key member of our food and beverage team. Your role will involve crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring they start their day with a perfect cup of coffee and a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to Starbucks standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining areas.
Uphold exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Follow Starbucks recipes and standards to deliver consistent quality beverages.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What You Bring

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
