Head Barista

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team at Nomu, a Japanese-inspired coffee concept launching this autumn in Pittsburgh.

• • 3+ years experience in a high-volume specialty café
  • Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and pour-over techniques
  • Leadership skills and ability to train junior baristas
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Japanese brewing methods (siphon, nel drip)
