Summary
As a Starbucks Barista, you will provide service in the Starbucks located in the main lobby of the hotel; the one-stop shop for guests and customers for those state-of-the-art coffees, teas and treats!
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking and fulfilling customers’ orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards
- Being knowledgeable on current stock and seasonal menus in order to answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Providing a professional, fun experience for the guest/customer
- Providing a welcoming and clean environment for guests and other customers

Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior barista experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A desire for customer service and providing a memorable experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
