About The Role

In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment.

This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Salary Range: $12.50 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada(Onsite)

Job Responsibilities

In the Team Member role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:

• Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
• Consistently prepare high-quality products based company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
