We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Sales Manager specializing in Snacks and Coffee to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our premium snack and coffee products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in sales, with a passion for the food and beverage industry. As an integral part of our sales team, you will contribute to expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the snacks and coffee sector
  • Present product offerings to potential clients, demonstrating features and benefits tailored to their needs
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets in assigned territories or accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account plans for management review
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and expand professional connections
  • Promote and grow the brand using social media

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the snacks, coffee, or food & beverage industry
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • A passion for food products, particularly snacks and coffee, is highly desirable
