As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of one or more digital products. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems, set measurable outcomes, manage tradeoffs, and deliver customer-facing features that improve experiences and grow the business.
As a Product Manager, you will…
- Define and align outcomes by partnering with stakeholders to clarify problems, set business and UX goals, and establish target KPIs and measurement plans.
- Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements (epics/user stories/techno-functional specs), defining success criteria, and managing prioritization across multiple deliverables and cross-team dependencies.
- Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery, communicating updates (including executive-ready content), running feature readouts with insights, and iterating based on results.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, platform delivery, or enterprise technology roles
- Experience owning roadmaps, defining requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering complex technology products or platforms
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platforms and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar technologies
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, secure product design, accessibility, compliance, and responsible AI considerations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree / MBA
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications (and comfort collaborating deeply with engineering)
- Proven ability to influence without authority, communicate clearly, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
