The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking part-time Bistro Attendants to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant. If you are enthusiastic about food and beverage and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality, we are excited to hear from you!

 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction 


• Money handling/accounting


• Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area


• AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.


• Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations


• Safe food handling

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel including nights and weekends.
