Assistant Manager

With three bustling locations, we’re looking to grow our team as our business expands. 

We’re seeking a driven, caring, and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Assistant Manager at a Layla Bagels location. The Assistant Manager is responsible for:

• Assisting the general manager with all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Leading all shift stations, with high-level mastery of at least one station
• Contributing to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of new employees
• Placing orders, monitoring inventory and store administration, and managing relationships with vendors
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintaining food quality, building safety, and sanitation standards

Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime, working 5 days a week in-person. The compensation range for this position is from $25 to $27 dollars an hour, and is included in the tip pool.
