About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an Experienced Assistant Manager to help run our Coffee Kiosk inside of our Grand Central store. This individual must have a passion for coffee, previous management experience and be great with people.

Essential Functions:

• Assist manager in supervising all Coffee employees
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments
• Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers
• Assist staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations
• Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have previous coffee and supervisor/management experience
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Must demonstrate professionalism and be detailed oriented
• Able to work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs
• Standing: Up to 8 hours per day
• Seating: Up to 1 hours per day
• Walking: Up to 8 hours per day
• Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day

Pay range:

$19.25-20.25/hour DOE
