As a BOH member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include prepping, dishwashing, juicing, and assisting wherever else in the store as needed. Job Title: Back of House Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Prepping and juicing according to the juice prep list every day while following food safety guidelines
• Washing dishes and putting everything back where they belong once cleaned
• Putting away deliveries using FIFO (First-IN, First-OUT)
• Staying organized and prioritizing tasks with time management
• Communicating with managers or shift leads when inventory is running low
• Frequently checking trash levels and taking it out when it gets full
• Helping with station preps when needed
• Checking FOH frequently for cleanliness, restocking utensils, refilling water, and assisting on stations
• Checking restrooms frequently
• Cleaning up after accidents made by customers
• Knowing when to ask for help if tasks build up
