BARISTA

Brief Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor, Barista, is responsible for completing the required tasks such as Greeting, taking orders, serving coffee, operating cash register, restocking, assisting in coffee making, cleaning, and customer service.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 months of production experience is preferred, along with customer service experience.

• 30% Performs Customer Service and taking orders.
• 30% Preparation of food and beverage items.
• 20% Cleaning and maintaining of preparation area as well as dining room area.
• 10% Operating cash register
• 10% Restocking of supplies.
