Barista

Aura D’Or is a boutique coffee shop and pastry café located in Midtown Manhattan at 42 W 35th St, New York City. This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in New York, NY. The Barista will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee drinks, operating espresso machines, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Other duties include assisting with food preparation, managing orders, restocking supplies, and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

• Barista skills, including expertise with specialty coffee preparation, espresso machines, and latte art
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Experience or willingness to perform tasks related to food preparation and handling

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
