Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Aurora's Cafe & Heladeria in Johns Creek, GA. The Barista prepares and serves coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages, along with ice cream and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS system, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized service area. The role involves restocking supplies, assisting with food preparation, following health and safety guidelines, and working with team members to ensure efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere. The Barista is expected to provide friendly, attentive customer service and represent the cafe’s brand and values in every guest interaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Candidates should possess barista-related skills, including Barista experience and basic beverage preparation knowledge.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene standards.
