Role Description

Daniella's family of brands is now hiring full-time and part-time team members to join our bakery and coffee shop team in Danvers. We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

We are building a long-term team and are seeking individuals interested in growing with our company. This is not a seasonal or temporary summer position.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, café, bakery, or restaurant experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests

• Operating the POS system and handling transactions

• Packaging pastries, baked goods, and retail items

• Preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages

• Discussing custom cake and specialty orders with guests

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Assisting with daily bakery and café operations
