The Barista is responsible for serving and preparing food and beverages to guests. Responsible for honoring each guest by providing excellent customer service and a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere.

Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to handle hot foods and beverages.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally with staff members and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various hours and days based on business needs.
• Maintains positive morale and professional attitude.
• Mature, responsible, neat, clean in appearance, and have good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to read and write to the degree of counting for inventory, cash register operation, and cash handling and stocking purposes.
• Must be ServSafe certified within 6 months of employment.
