Barista – Brass Bird (New Location Opening Spring 2026)

Brass Bird is hiring baristas for our new location opening Spring 2026. We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who care about hospitality, quality drinks, and genuine customer connection. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment and want to grow in coffee and hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

Start Date: Early March 2026 (training and onboarding included)

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, and house-made beverages
• Engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar
• Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or similar coffee shop environment
• Ability to take direction and implement feedback positively
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Solid understanding of common espresso drinks and menu basics
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
