Barista / Caterer

Snoice is a Filipino-American dessert shop known for boba, halo-halo, and shaved snow. We exist to bring people together through culture, community, and memorable experiences. Every shift feels like hosting a small party, and every team member plays a part in that.

This role is more than making drinks. You’re a host, teammate, and culture carrier. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment while delivering high-quality drinks and desserts with consistency and care.

• Prepare boba drinks and desserts with consistency and attention to detail
• Greet guests, guide orders, and create a positive in-store experience
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace
• Communicate clearly with teammates and shift leads
• Follow recipes, systems, and service standards
• Support catering prep and off-site events when scheduled

• Reliable with strong follow-through
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Positive attitude and respectful team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
• Willing to learn and improve every shift
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

• No prior boba experience required (training provided)
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and move with urgency

• Part-time (10–20 hrs/week typical)
• Pay: $16.90/hr + tips
• Tips vary by shift
• On-site in San Diego
