Busy Mediterranean café in Sherman Oaks is seeking an experienced Barista / Coffee Specialist who is confident working with a La Marzocco manual espresso machine and Toast POS.

This is a high-volume café environment, so speed, consistency, and professionalism are essential.

Requirements – Please apply only if you have:
Hands-on experience with La Marzocco manual espresso machines
Experience using Toast POS
Previous specialty coffee or café barista experience
Ability to dial espresso, steam milk properly, and maintain drink consistency

Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks and specialty coffee to quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized coffee bar
Process orders and payments using Toast POS
Work efficiently during busy brunch and breakfast service
Support team and maintain professional customer service
