This is NOT a seasonal or short term position, we are looking for those willing to commit to a minimum of 9+ months with Alpha, and a minimum of 20 hours per week/no less than 3 shifts per week.

Must be a coffee drinker and be willing to taste espresso while going through training.

• Coffee experience is not a prerequisite. We have an extensive training program regardless of experience.
• Must be 18 or older and available to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per week/no less than 3 shifts per week and 2 weekend days a month minimum.
• Timeliness and dependability are critical.
• Dress code for work includes no facial piercings (nose piercings OK), no gauges. Tattoos are allowed but should not be distracting.
