Job Description

• Full-time or Part-time
• Prior barista experience is helpful, but not required.
• Store hours: Monday through Friday (6:30 am to 6 pm), Saturday (7:30 to 3:00 pm), and we are Closed on Sunday. Open and closing team members report 30 min before or after.
  
  

Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and present drinks and food safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Keep the shop neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stock supplies as needed.
• Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Follow Crossroads Coffee rules and the dress code at all times.
