Role Description The Barista role at Double O's Coffee is a part-time, on-site position based in Ocoee, FL or Apopka, FL. In this role, the Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee and specialty beverages, following company recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders at the drive-thru, processing payments, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered quickly. The Barista maintains a clean and organized work area, restocks supplies, and follows food safety and hygiene guidelines. This role also involves engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming experience and support the company’s commitment to community and service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic coffee knowledge and beverage preparation techniques.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Prior experience in a café, coffee shop, or quick-service environment is helpful but not required.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
